If you are moving out of Stone Creek Community:

Tenants must give a thirty (30) day written notice, in advance, of departure from the park, as well as leave their trailer neat, clean, and damage free.

All keys also must be turned into the office, including mail key in order to receive deposit.

If you are moving out of Lancaster Avenue Apartments or Michelle Drive Duplexes:

Tenants must give a sixty (60) day written notice, in advance, of departure from the park, as well as leave their rental neat, clean, and damage free.
