Yes. There is a 3 day grace period, but a late fee of $25 will be applied if rent is not received by the 4th day of the month. An additional fee of $5/day will accrue for each rent remains unpaid thereafter.

Tenants must give a thirty (30) day notice, in advance, if you plan to move. All keys must be turned into the office, including the mail key in order to reclaim your deposit
